Serving

Our church and congregation support a variety of national missions including St. Paul’s Children’s FoundationThe Salvation Army and The Methodist Children’s Home.  But, we believe strongly in showing the love of Christ by supporting and helping in our own community as well.

Our monthly Mission Barrel is a great way for everyone to serve others and participate in mission work.  Each month we collect specific items that will help the needy of our communities.  Examples include school supplies, clothing, hygiene kits, and more.  Check the worship guide and announcements for more information on the current month’s project.  Put your donations in the large mission barrel in the foyer, Harper Hall and the FLC.

The Mission House of Bullard has become one a beacon of hope for so many who need a helping hand.  Through the prayers of two faithful servants from FUMC, Dean and Hazel Mason, and the powerful working of God, the Mission House has grown from serving 20 families in 2006 to serving hundreds of people each month!  We humbly thank the many volunteers who make this work possible.

BMC serves the local community in a variety of ways. Check this page often for ways you can become the hands and feet of Christ through serving others.

Brookdale Nursing Home Communion Ministry
